Property Surveying, Building Inspections and Aerial Surveys
Given the lightweight yet robust construction of our drones, we can be airborne within minutes of arrival, cutting down the cost incurred by using other providers with heavier equipment. This allows you to see your site survey live and in real-time. Alternatively, we can transfer the filmed footage over to you to review at a time of your convenience.

Real Estate
We are available to capture stunning Aerial photography and video of properties for Estate Agents in exquisite cinematic detail, which can be edited and packaged within 72 hours, accompanied by a wide selection of royalty-free music to suit.

If the weather is not conducive for flying the drone, we can film cinematic slow-motion interior shots of the property using a state-of-the-art gimbal and DSLR.

Flight Specification
Our Drone Pilot is CAA certified and holds an Operator and Flyer ID License.

The CAA License is for A1 and A3 Open Subcategory, which means our drones must weigh less than 250g, about the average weight of a large-screen mobile phone.

This means our drones are subject to fewer flying restrictions and enable us to fly safely and professionally around and over buildings, people, industrial estates, etc.

NB, Drone flights can be subject to certain restrictions for example, adverse weather conditions or being 3km away from an airport or small commercial airstrip, where permission to fly may be granted but is not guaranteed.
